Morning sickness - Motion sickness wrist bands

Question:
I am new to the group and 7 weeks pregnant. I wanted to pass along a morning sickness remedy that has worked for me. I bought the motion sickness wrist bands that use accupressure on the inside of your wrist to help with nausea. They are usually sold in boating supply stores for about 5 dollars and alot of people buy them for cruises, boating, and flying so they don't get sick. They have to be worn constantly (I wear mine all day as that is when I am sick). They have really helped me! I hope they help someone else!!

Answer:
These have been working *GREAT* for me too. I do have to make up excuses at work, tho... "Uh, I've been doing a lot of travelling, and the motion sickness kinda holds on a while..." Another thing that helps me is to take my vitamins. I really feel sicker when I miss a day of my prenatals. I used them with my second pregnancy. I don't get very sick anyway (never to the throwing up stage), but they did keep everything at bay. The only time I took them off was to take a shower. I have a friend who was going to buy two pairs so she didn't even have to have them off when she was in the shower.
