Sea Sickness Bands

Question:
Several people inquired where to get the acupressure bands that allievate sea sickness. I found them in many drug stores. The pharmacist should be able to help you. These bands are inexpensive, durable, non-habit forming, and safe for all ages and sexes. The ones I had were called Sea-Bands. Even some of the ships sell them (under various names) in their gift shops.

Answer:
The only problem I have with the sea sickness bands is how they look when you are all dressed up on formal night. Imagine what you'd look like if they _didn't_ work! Funny thing about those bands--you never know if they'll work; you only know when they don't. Seriously, drink lots of water while on board. Between the flight, the bus or taxi ride to the pier, and the excitement of check in, it's easy to get dehydrated. And dehydration is a leading cause of sea sickness. I drink at least1.5 liters of water a day while on board, and am never ill now.
